The International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC) wants to accelerate its European growth by using the firepower of Code Red agencies.
The three agencies will join forces, targeting the B2B IT media across Europe, both upstream and downstream, to generate more leads and raise awareness internationally about the event. Building on a long-standing, trusted partnership with Code Red France PR agency Cymbioz, the International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC) is extending this relationship to team up with Code Red UK and Germany to broaden media coverage.
The FIC, taking place from the 28th to the 30th of January 2020 in Lille, France, is Europe’s leading cybersecurity event. One of its strengths is to bring together both public and private sectors from the industry, including: software editors, IT services companies, large associations, as well as ministers, military chiefs and crime agencies.
Cymbioz partners with European Code Red agencies for the FIC’s PR management
Cymbioz and its Code Red partners in the UK (éclat Marketing) and Germany (Weissenbach PR) will pool their efforts in order to increase awareness, coverage and engagement about the event across Europe. This will extend a partnership that has seen the FIC team trust Cymbioz, the French Code Red agency, to manage its press relationships for nearly a decade.
Some figures about the FIC 2019:
- The 12th edition
- More than 100 accredited journalists including 10+ foreign journalists (such as NY Times, WSJ, Al Jazeera, Belga, Associated Press, SC magazine, Information Age)
- More than 600 articles generated

- 80 countries represented

A packed event program
For this 12th edition of the event, the spotlight will be on the human capital at the core of cybersecurity. It will explore questions such as: would it be more efficient and less expensive to put humans back at the core of cybersecurity, in contrast to the zero-trust approach? It will also explore the possibilities offered by human-machine collaboration. The FIC takes place over three days and will feature debates, meetings, networking and conferences.
Code Red will leverage its PR expertise for the FIC’s success
The three agencies will join forces, targeting the B2B IT media across Europe, both upstream and downstream, to generate more leads and raise awareness internationally about the event. They will achieve this through leveraging their cybersecurity contacts, using the packed event programme and drawing on the reputation of the stakeholders (public and private) as key selling points.
Why no join us on 28th January 2020 in the pressroom of the International Cybersecurity Forum!
