EIC – the Munich-based European Identity & Cloud Conference – organized by the leading analyst firm KuppingerCole – focuses on identity and access management (IAM) and the latest cloud technology trends. As such it is outstanding in Europe. Every year the conference program includes topics on emerging trends that provides the delegates with the basis to be prepared to meet and exceed present and future business, identity and security challenges.
Visionary presentations and unique networking opportunities
For us as a PR agency specialized on technology and cybersecurity, the EIC has long been a must-attend every year, and so it is for all our clients dealing with IAM, cloud technology, artificial intelligence or digital transformation. The EIC offers a unique mix of best practices, visionary presentations and networking opportunities for a future-oriented community. This May, around 850 international thought leaders, leading vendors, analysts, visionaries, executives and end-users got together in Munich to be inspired by a list of world-class speakers.
Our client Thycotic, a provider of Privileged Account Management (PAM) solutions, participated for the second time at this event – supporting the EIC 2019 as a gold sponsor, exhibitor and as well with two speaker sessions hosted by their very own Chief Security Scientist and CISSP Joseph Carson. We are also proud that our SentinelOne had been accepted as a speaker at the KuppingerCole AI Innovation Night, that took place on the eve of the conference.
Media briefings that resulted in great coverage
For both of our customers the EIC has not only been an opportunity to generate leads and meet potentially new customers, the conference also provided an exciting platform for interaction with media and analysts. As a meeting place for over 20 leading journalists and influencers from all over Germany, the EIC offered to our clients ample opportunities for in-depth briefings, interviews and webcasts. This year our agency team succeeded to arrange over a dozen interviews and briefings there. Besides in-depth meetings at the booth and the opportunity to initiate long-lasting and valuable relationships with the journalists, these interviews resulted in excellent coverage including the publication of webcast videos with significantly increased visibility.
With its high-class attendees, the EIC had also been an ideal platform for us for surveys und studies. Our client Thycotic took this opportunity and we developed and conducted a survey around SECaaS and MSSP adoption. Over 20 percent of the EIC delegates agreed to respond to our concise questionnaire.
Look out for the publication of the survey which will be available shortly.
Meet you at the EIC 2010 in Munich, same place!
